If there has been any personalization or custom work done, please keep in mind, we offer a digital mockup of the personalization prior to your approval so we can make sure you are agreeing to the personalization and the artwork is good to go for laser engraving. Due to the nature of personalization being just that, personalized, we do not offer refunds on any personalized work once the mockup proof has been approved to move forward with by you.
